Dongseo is dedicated to fostering a global top-class safety culture through employee-led and autonomous safety activities, with safety and health as the top priority of management.
1. Workplace
- We identify hazards and risk factors all facilities and operations at our business sites. For identified hazards and risk factors, we establish priority action plans and improvement plans with continuous improvement and ensure that hazards and risk factors are continuously managed by setting quantified goals for performance judgment.
- We set and adhere to strict workplace safety rules, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees.
2. Products and Services
- We prioritize safety and health throughout the production and delivery process of our products and services.
- We regularly identify issues that may compromise product and service safety and health, and prepare improvement measures and set goals for identified issues to enhance product and service safety.
3. Promoting Employee Health
- By implementing activities to improve employee lifestyles and promote health, we operate health enhancement and physical therapy programs to prevent and manage job stress and support for treatment and counseling when necessary.
