    冬至时节，绕开这些“自行应对”的健康误区

    　　科技日报记者 张佳星 　　“冬天喝点酒、吃点辣祛寒御冷的做法是不科学的。”12月21日是冬至，中国中医科学院望京医院主任医师高峰在国家卫生健康委召开的时令节气与健康(冬至)新闻发布会上表示，饮酒后皮下毛细血管扩张，血液加速流向体表，短时间内面部和身体会发热、出汗，但热量会更快地从体表消散，反而容易受寒、感冒。 　　冬至节气之后，各地气候进入最寒冷的阶段，呼吸道疾病高发，也带来很多健康困扰，有人选择“自行应对”，存在不少误区，相关专家在会上进行了健康提示。 　　“不能靠吃辣祛寒御冷。”高峰补充解释，适当吃点辣可以增进食欲、促进发汗，但中医认为，辛辣易耗伤津液，引起口干咽燥、口腔溃疡、便秘等不适，对有慢性消化系统疾病人群，还可能诱发急性加重。 　　针对自行用药的患者，北京大学人民医院主任医师马艳良表示，如果是普通感冒，要对症治疗、安全用药。西药感冒药一般有两个成分，即减充血剂和抗过敏药，常见的是伪麻黄碱和扑尔敏。这两种药物组合可缓解鼻塞、打喷嚏、咳嗽、嗓子疼等症状。但伪麻黄碱会对血压和心脏产生一定影响，高血压、心脏病患者要谨慎使用。 　　“还要注意的是，抗生素是不治感冒的，如阿莫西林、头孢菌素、左氧氟沙星等这类抗菌药物是针对细菌感染，而普通感冒大部分是病毒感染，抗生素对其无效，滥用反而会引起细菌耐药。”马艳良提醒，抗病毒药物也不能滥用，要在确诊流感48小时之内由医生开具处方使用。 　　“低温寒潮发生的时间往往与流感等呼吸道传染病流行季节重叠。本周我国流感活动水平出现下降，但总体仍处于高流行水平。”江苏省疾病预防控制中心主任医师霍翔提醒，从中国疾控中心发布的监测报告来看，流感病毒是我国急性呼吸道传染病主要流行的病原体，呼吸道合胞病毒、鼻病毒亦存在一定水平的活动。 　　“寒冷空气会刺激并损伤呼吸道黏膜，在短时间内大幅降低防御细菌、病毒的能力。”霍翔建议，公众应积极接种流感疫苗，有些地方已经面向中小学生和老年人提供免费流感疫苗接种，起到了保护效果。如果能达到较高的接种率，则人群的保护效果会更好。 【编辑:付子豪】|dfg|
