    耳中藏“神器”？驾考现场揪出高科技作弊

    　　本报讯(记者 措毛)12月21日，记者从西宁市公安局交通管理局获悉，一起驾考作弊案在西宁市公安局车辆管理所朱家庄考场被工作人员当场识破，考生马某因使用专业作弊设备参与科目三安全文明驾驶常识考试，面临成绩作废、一年内不得申领驾照的处罚。 　　“考生频繁低头摸衣服，耳道还有个小凸起，答题快得根本不用思考……”12月17日9时许，朱家庄考场内，科目三安全文明驾驶常识考试正在有序进行。监考人员在巡视过程中，发现考生马某的行为十分反常：他眼神飘忽不定，神情格外紧张，每当监考人员走近，就会下意识地低头摆弄衣物，耳朵部位还有一处不明显的异物凸起。更反常的是，马某答题时几乎没有任何停顿，快速勾选答案，完全不像正常考生那样会审题思考、斟酌选项。 　　“这些行为明显不符合常规考试状态，大概率存在作弊嫌疑。”监考人员当即警觉起来，按照考试规定中止了马某的考试，并对其进行现场检查。这一查果然发现了问题，工作人员从马某的衣物内查获了微型摄像头，从他耳道中成功取出了微型耳麦，同时还找到了用于传输信号的无线路由器。一套完整的作弊设备被当场收缴，作弊事实一目了然。 　　经讯问，马某如实供述了自己的作弊行为。他因未认真学习科目三安全文明驾驶常识，多次考试未能通过。在急于拿到驾照的心理驱使下，马某动起了歪心思，想通过作弊的方式考过科目三。 　　根据《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》的相关条款，西宁市公安局交通管理局对马某做出了罚款及取消本次科目三安全文明驾驶常识考试资格。不仅如此，马某已通过的科目一至科目三的所有成绩也全部作废。依据规定，他在一年内不得再次申领机动车驾驶证。 　　目前，案件正在进一步侦办当中。 【编辑:付子豪】
