    “十四五”时期全国消协组织为消费者挽回经济损失62.3亿元

    　　中新网北京12月21日电 (记者 刘亮)记者21日从市场监管总局获悉，5年来，全国消协组织共受理消费者投诉超735.1万件，接待消费者来访和咨询超510.6万人次，为消费者挽回经济损失62.3亿元。 　　日前，在由中国质量报刊社主办的2025年度“质量之光”论坛上，中国消费者协会(以下简称“中消协”)秘书长王振宇介绍了“十四五”时期我国消费者权益保护工作取得的成效及“十五五”时期工作重点。 　　据王振宇介绍，“十四五”时期，中消协始终将维护好消费者合法权益、营造安全放心消费环境，作为推进商品和服务质量提升的出发点和落脚点，积极做好以下工作。 　　中消协持续完善投诉渠道，大力推进“全国消协智慧315”平台建设，有效实现投诉咨询在线受理、全程可溯。截至目前，该平台累计受理投诉咨询154.8万件，挽回消费者经济损失11.1亿元。 　　5年来，中消协围绕农村消费市场质量问题、养老辅助器具、家装产品质量、医美消费、食品加工等10余项民生关切领域开展消费监督，通过消费调查、舆情监测、指导谈话以及发布监督报告等形式，推动相关质量问题整改与行业规范。 　　5年来，中消协针对空气净化器、防晒衣物、安全座垫、学生用具等消费热点，累计发布消费提示警示70余篇，推动企业落实产品质量主体责任；组织开展燃气热水器、洗衣机、智能门锁、儿童羽绒服等多项比较试验，帮助消费者明辨优劣。同时，中消协持续更新“消协帮您选”微信小程序，截至今年11月，共录入全国消协组织比较试验项目545个，消费者累计访问量92万人次。 　　据介绍，“十五五”时期，中消协将重点推进“全国消协智慧315”平台建设，大力提升平台智能化水平和社会认可度，进一步提升经营者入驻量和消费者信任度，全力打造集消费投诉与咨询受理、消费质量监督、消费知识传播于一体的最具社会影响力的全国消费维权平台，更好服务广大人民群众，服务市场监管执法，服务高质量发展。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
