    拉尼娜状态下今冬会更冷吗

    　　预计今年冬季，全国大部地区气温接近常年同期到偏高，但气温冷暖起伏显著，强降温和升温事件频繁；全国降水总体偏少，空间上呈“北多南少”分布。 　　国家气候中心监测显示，今年10月，赤道中东太平洋已经进入拉尼娜状态。从历史数据来看，在多数拉尼娜事件达到盛期的冬季，影响我国的冷空气活动比常年更加频繁，且强度偏强。由于2024年12月至2025年1月，赤道中东太平洋曾经短暂进入拉尼娜状态，加上近期全国大范围降温，“今冬是否会出现双重拉尼娜”“今年会是冷冬吗”等话题再次成为公众关注的焦点。记者就此采访了相关专家。 　　究竟什么是拉尼娜？国家气候中心气候预测室首席预报员章大全表示，拉尼娜是发生在赤道中东太平洋的海气系统异常现象，对全球气候异常都将产生显著影响。依据国家标准，气象专家采用NINO(尼诺)3.4指数来定义赤道中东太平洋的海表面温度。当NINO3.4指数3个月的滑动平均值小于等于-0.5℃时，即认为进入拉尼娜状态。当拉尼娜状态持续时间大于等于5个月，则判定为形成一次拉尼娜事件。 　　章大全解释，“双重拉尼娜”是指连续两个冬季均出现了拉尼娜事件。当前，拉尼娜状态仍在持续，但综合分析预测表明，本次拉尼娜状态将持续至2026年初，总持续时长不满5个月，形成拉尼娜事件的可能性相对较低。 　　通常来说，发生拉尼娜事件的冬季，西北太平洋和南海上空盛行气旋式异常环流，其西侧偏北风有利于引导北方冷空气南下，加强东亚冬季风，导致我国中东部地区气温以偏低为主。 　　“不过，受全球变暖等因素影响，本世纪以来，拉尼娜背景下我国冬季气温偏暖的情况也频繁发生，甚至出现暖冬，比如2020年/2021年冬季。”章大全说，此外，气旋式异常环流还会抑制来自西北太平洋、南海和孟加拉湾上空的水汽向我国南方地区输送，导致降水持续偏少，容易引发冬春连旱。 　　那么，今年冬天到底是冷还是暖？章大全表示，预计今年冬季，全国大部地区气温接近常年同期到偏高，但气温冷暖起伏显著，强降温和升温事件频繁；全国降水总体偏少，空间上呈“北多南少”分布。 　　对于可能持续的拉尼娜状态，仍要做好防范应对。章大全建议，东北、华北、内蒙古、新疆等地可能出现阶段性大风、强降温和降雪天气过程，建议关注设施农业与畜牧业，提前做好冬季防寒保暖所需的能源调配、物资储备和应急准备工作。 　　北方和西南部分地区可能发生阶段性低温和雨雪冰冻天气，对输电线路、能源供给、交通出行等造成较大影响；阶段性低温造成经济林果等冻害的风险较高，需提前防范。 　　冬春季，华东南部、华中东部、华南东部等地气温偏高，降水偏少，可能形成冬春连旱，建议提早做好防旱抗旱准备工作。此外，上述地区森林火险等级较高，建议加强火源监测管控和野外用火管理，做好防范。 　　需要注意的是，我国大部地区气温冷暖起伏显著，人体健康气象风险较高，还需关注气温剧烈变化对人体呼吸系统、心脑血管等疾病的影响。(经济日报 记者 郭静原) 【编辑:曹子健】|dfg|
