    　　有民宿跨年夜房间已订完，“包栋别墅”跨年最流行 　　元旦将至，记者了解到，在美团旅行、去哪儿旅行等平台，成都均位于国内热门跨年目的地榜单内，自12月初开始，元旦假期成都的民宿预订量便开始大幅上涨。 　　12月20日，记者采访成都多家民宿了解到，当前已经进入民宿预订高峰期，青城山某私汤民宿老板贾丽蓉告诉记者，店内的21个房间跨年夜已经全部预订完，后两天还有少量房间，“从12月初就陆续接到元旦期间的订单了，现在建议提前10天下单比较稳妥”。 　　“跨年酒店”搜索量大涨 “包栋别墅”跨年成为最流行方式之一 　　今年怎么跨年？随着新的一年即将到来，越来越多的人开始操心这一问题。美团旅行数据显示，12月1日以来，“跨年酒店”搜索量同比上涨216%，上海、北京、广州、成都、深圳、天津、杭州、武汉、重庆、南京成为“跨年”热门搜索城市。 　　木鸟民宿数据显示，2026年元旦假期民宿预订火热，元旦当日订单比去年同期上涨164%，跨年游带动元旦假期民宿订单增长，跨年夜民宿订单较元旦当天高30%。 　　成都作为跨年热门城市之一，途家民宿数据显示，2026年元旦假期，成都的民宿预订量跻身全国城市TOP5，同比去年增长2倍；元旦期间，成都民宿预订最热门的商圈为春熙路/太古里商业区，位列全国商圈TOP10。 　　值得注意的是，途家民宿平台数据显示，2026年元旦期间，“包栋别墅”跨年成为最流行的方式之一，平台上的独栋别墅预订量同比增长1.4倍。“00后”成为民宿消费主力，元旦民宿预订量占比达52%，同比增长1.7倍。 　　此外，成都周边众多热门景区也即将迎来客流量高潮。美团旅行数据显示，“西岭雪山温泉酒店”搜索量同比上涨107%，“四姑娘山附近酒店”搜索量上涨105%，“奥太娜雪山”搜索量猛增超500%。 　　热门景点周边民宿进入预订高潮 民宿老板建议提前10天下单 　　对于跨年夜民宿价格，多家民宿工作人员表示有一定程度上涨，目前涨幅在50%左右，预计随着房型越来越少，价格还将进一步上涨。 　　12月20日，青城山某私汤民宿老板贾丽蓉告诉记者，其店内共有21个房间，其中7个私汤大床房已经预订完，剩下14个普通大床房、标间也已预订过半。“基本从12月初就开始陆续接到元旦期间的订单，跨年夜我们所有房型都已经预订完毕。”贾丽蓉说，“现在只有2026年1月1日、2日还有少量房间，建议有需求的尽快下单。” 　　相较于往年的预订情况，贾丽蓉告诉记者，今年人们下单明显更早，“以往可能提前一周预订都还有房间，现在建议提前10天下单比较稳妥”。 　　西岭雪山某温泉酒店也迎来了预订高潮，前台工作人员告诉记者，目前店内多种房型存量都比较紧张，“带温泉的房型更是抢手，最近每天都有几十个人来咨询温泉房，有这类需求的消费者最好尽快下单”。 　　记者注意到，成都城区热门景区周边，由于住宿选择面广，当前客房存量还比较充足。“但随着假期临近，好的房型可能会被订完，因此还是尽量提前一周预订比较好。”宽窄巷子附近某酒店前台告诉记者。 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
