    剧场何以“圈粉”年轻人

    　　剧场何以“圈粉”年轻人(青年观) 　　“大茶馆，老裕泰，生意兴隆真不赖……”最近，在北京人民艺术剧院上演的经典话剧《茶馆》“圈粉”了一批年轻观众。社交平台上，不少人“蹲点”抢票、“连刷”多场、交流观剧体验。北京人民艺术剧院院长冯远征坦言，90后、00后成了北京人艺的主流观众。 　　不只是《茶馆》。近年来，剧场里的年轻观众越来越多了。中国演出行业协会联合相关机构发布的报告显示，00后在沉浸式演出、音乐剧、脱口秀购票观众中占比23%以上；25—29岁的年轻人已成为喜剧类、悬疑类话剧观众主力。“拖着行李箱去看戏”、甘当“戏剧特种兵”、“约饭不如约戏”在年轻人中流行起来。 　　剧场何以“圈粉”年轻人？前不久，在大学里看了一场话剧。演出结束，演员、导演、编剧等几位年轻主创走上舞台，与现场的青年学子展开了一场即时的对谈。“语言模型能否通过学习复刻出逝去的亲人？”“算法能否解答年轻人的困惑？”围绕刚刚的演出，一场深入的对话就此展开。现场交流意犹未尽，大家又“面对面”建起群聊，讨论从剧场延伸到互联网。原来，走进剧场不仅能看戏，还能谈人生、解困惑、话感悟、遇知音，看戏、聊戏、约戏成了年轻人社交的新方式。 　　以情绪价值为消费动因，以社交赋能为重要需求，剧场“圈粉”了越来越多的年轻人。 　　年轻人的喜怒哀乐需要情绪出口，也需要深度共鸣。脱口秀剧场里，演员以轻松调侃的方式，对年轻人在职场、家庭生活中遇到的窘境精准“吐槽”，有过同样遭遇的年轻人会心大笑，压力得以缓解；小剧场演出触达年轻人精神深处的孤独焦虑，帮他们在“沉浸式体验”中寻找解题思路。越来越多的作品关注青年的生存状态与精神世界，年轻人的真实情绪被看见，真诚的表达触发共鸣。 　　年轻人与剧场的美好相遇是一场双向奔赴。剧场以优质的内容吸引年轻人，年轻人也以新的表达方式助力优质剧目“出圈”。近年来，一些传统戏曲在表现形式上注入创新活力，以青春的姿态抓住了年轻人的“文化味蕾”：青春越剧《我的大观园》首演，年轻观众占比98%；青春版昆曲《牡丹亭》风靡大学校园……“青春”“新”这些关键词道出了它们“圈粉”年轻人的原因。无论是打破传统叙事模式、重构经典剧本，还是在舞美与妆造上融入当代审美，抑或以优秀青年演员带动流量，本质上是一场传统艺术对年轻人文化偏好的耐心倾听、借艺术创新与年轻人开展的平等对话。当年轻人发现传统戏曲也能注入青春气息，奔赴剧场便有了动力。 　　当越来越多关注青年话题的作品被搬上舞台，当传统艺术主动拥抱青春力量，当灵活的小剧场业态与丰富的戏剧节为更多热爱戏剧的青年提供多样选择，当学生票、公益场次成为剧场递来的暖心入场券，剧场的大门永远为年轻人敞开，年轻人也为剧场的繁荣注入源源不断的活力。 　　剧场究竟有何魅力？或许，只有真正走进剧场才知道。新的一年大幕将启，不妨让我们也一起“剧场见”。(胡笑源) 　　《人民日报》(2025年12月21日 第 05 版) 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
