    三星堆象牙地下三千年如何老化？中国团队研制光谱仪无损解析

    　　中新网北京12月26日电 (记者 孙自法)三星堆遗址不仅出土精美青铜器，大量象牙遗存也是研究古蜀文明的重要载体，象牙三千余年埋藏于地下经历了怎样的老化过程，对相关环境考古研究颇为重要，备受学界关注。 　　中国科学院空天信息创新研究院(空天院)12月26日向媒体通报，该院王振友研究员团队创新研制的显微时间门控拉曼光谱仪，最近成功应用于三星堆象牙考古的无损分析研究并取得进展，相关成果论文以“时间门控拉曼光谱解码三千年象牙的降解途径：一种无荧光的文物科学方法”为题，近日在国际专业学术期刊《美国化学会-应用材料与界面》发表。 本项研究自主研发的时间门控拉曼光谱仪原型机。中国科学院空天院 供图 　　王振友研究员介绍说，三星堆出土象牙埋藏地下三千年里持续受到地下水、可溶盐及微生物等因素侵蚀，外观虽大体完整，内部结构却已十分脆弱，对其进行科学保护与修复，需在无损条件下获取其成分与微结构信息，并具备微米级分辨率，以应对锈蚀和腐蚀分布不均的难题。为此，研究团队通过关键技术与核心部件创新研制出显微时间门控拉曼光谱仪，显著提升了拉曼光谱在强荧光条件下的抗干扰能力，最终利用该仪器对三星堆出土的4块象牙碎片进行无损检测，成功揭示象牙在长期地质作用下的老化过程。 　　拉曼光谱技术具有无损、可识别分子结构及微米级空间分辨的优势，是研究象牙微观结构的理想手段。该技术通过光与物质相互作用获取样品的“分子指纹”，但过程中常伴随产生高强度荧光信号，容易掩盖微弱的拉曼信号。 　　王振友指出，根据拉曼信号寿命极短、低于皮秒级，而荧光信号寿命较长、在纳秒级以上，时间门控拉曼光谱技术利用拉曼信号与荧光信号寿命的差异，通过在拉曼信号到达的极短时间窗口内开启探测“快门”，即可有效采集拉曼信号并抑制荧光背景。 　　在本项研究中，针对拉曼光谱技术面临时间分辨率要求极高、核心探测器依赖进口等挑战，研究团队通过硬件与算法创新，实现强荧光的高效抑制，完成核心部件的国产化，并降低成本，为该技术推广奠定了基础。 　　这次研究显示，4块象牙碎片的荧光强度差异显著，其中两块在传统连续光拉曼条件下几乎无法得到有效信号。在时间门控拉曼检测中，荧光干扰被有效抑制，强荧光样品的拉曼信噪比提升超过20倍，象牙内部成分差异清晰显现。分析表明，不同埋藏环境的象牙在有机质含量、骨架结晶性和腐蚀程度上存在明显差异；金属离子侵入及硫酸根等非金属离子替代羟基磷灰石，是导致象牙深度老化的主要原因，部分样品还可能经历过焚烧等人为破坏。 本项研究开展的时间门控拉曼光谱及其对三星堆象牙的分析。中国科学院空天院 供图 　　王振友表示，总体而言，时间门控拉曼光谱技术突破强荧光背景下的检测限制，清晰揭示象牙中微量离子侵入、骨架损伤及有机质残留等信息，为文物保护修复提供分子层面的科学依据，也为探究古蜀文明及其埋藏环境提供了新方法。该技术通用性强，可推广至其他强荧光样品的分析，在文物保护、材料科学及环境研究等领域具有广泛应用潜力。 　　据悉，中国科学院空天院研制出时间门控拉曼光谱技术及其光谱仪产品，并联合四川省文物考古研究院、浙江大学艺术与考古学院、电子科技大学电子科学与工程学院等机构的合作者共同完成三星堆象牙研究，相关成果本月在第13届国际先进振动光谱学会议上作邀请报告，获得国际考古与光谱领域专家广泛关注。专家认为，该光谱仪在木乃伊等考古场景中能实现传统拉曼技术难以达到的光谱采集效果，希望其加快市场化推广，助力全球更多研究团队开展考古科学研究。(完) 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
