    专家：带状疱疹并非老年人“专属疾病” 高危人群需尽早预防

    　　中新网广州12月21日电 (记者 蔡敏婕)带状疱疹并非老年人“专属疾病”，免疫功能受损的中青年群体同样面临较高发病风险。 　　由广东省预防医学会主办的“2025年广东省疾病防控能力提升学习班”20日在广州举行，强调需重点关注免疫缺陷人群与慢性基础病患者的疫苗接种工作，通过医防融合提升疾病防控水平。 　　广东省人民医院风湿免疫科主任医师李玲指出，带状疱疹的高危人群主要分为两类，一类是本身免疫监视功能降低的患者，涵盖风湿免疫科疾病、血液肿瘤、实体瘤等人群；另一类是因治疗需要使用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、生物制剂等药物的群体，这类药物会进一步削弱人体免疫功能，提升感染风险。 　　“以往大家普遍认为带状疱疹是老年病，现在发现只要免疫功能受损，18岁以上的中青年群体也可能患病。”李玲解释，带状疱疹由水痘-带状疱疹病毒再激活引发，小时候得过水痘的人，病毒会潜伏在体内神经节中，当免疫功能下降时，病毒就可能被激活，从而引发带状疱疹。 　　疫苗接种是预防带状疱疹最有效的手段。不过李玲特别提醒，免疫缺陷人群在疫苗选择上有特殊要求，风湿免疫科临床不推荐使用减毒活疫苗，建议优先选择灭活疫苗或重组疫苗，这类疫苗安全性更高，不易诱发疾病复发。此外，刚得过带状疱疹的患者，可在康复3个月后评估接种。 　　广东省人民医院心内科主任医师曾平分享了临床中的典型案例：有冠心病患者因胸口肋间神经痛前往急诊科就诊，因疼痛位置特殊且患者有支架植入史，一度被怀疑是心梗复发，经多次检查后才被确诊为带状疱疹。 　　曾平称，带状疱疹引发的剧烈疼痛会导致交感神经兴奋，可能诱发冠脉痉挛，进而增加心梗、脑梗等严重心血管事件的风险，相关数据显示，带状疱疹患者卒中风险可增加78%，心血管疾病患者患带状疱疹的风险也会提升39%。对于合并高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、慢阻肺等慢性疾病的群体，患病风险会随合并疾病数量增多而显著上升。 　　尽管疫苗接种益处显著，但目前我国带状疱疹疫苗接种率仍较低。“接种疫苗不仅能减少患者的痛苦，还能降低医疗支出，一例带状疱疹患者的治疗成本往往远超疫苗费用。”曾平表示，秋冬季是带状疱疹高发季节，建议符合接种条件的高危人群，尤其是免疫缺陷者和慢病患者，尽早咨询医生评估接种。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
